Thank you for your interest in using the Clinton County Fairgrounds for your upcoming event. Please copy the rental fee schedule, map of the grounds, and a contract. Read carefully and indicate, on the map, the areas you wish to rent.

1. the map
2. completed contract
3. a check for one-

The Clinton County Fair Association reserves the right to refuse any and all requests based on the best interest of the Fair Association or because of availability.
This contract is a formal agreement between the Clinton County Fair Association (Rentor) and _________________________________, (Rentee), to rent the facilities indicated for the period of _________through ____________at the rates indicated.
A 50 percent (50%) non-
$______________will hold facilities and reserve your date(s). A temporary reservation will be held for a maximum of 15 days, thereafter, the dates become available. The balance is due on the completion of event. Rentee is responsible for paying amusement taxes.
A copy of Rentee liability insurance in excess of $1,000,000. must be provided to the Clinton County Fair Association, Inc., listed on the policy as additional insured.
Rentee is responsible to maintain and leave the premises in a clean and sanitary condition. Any damages to the premises must be replaced at the same value and condition at no expense to Rentor, within three ( 3) working days of the event. If any refuse of any kind whatsoever be thrown into the sink or water closet, causing stoppage or overflow, the Rentee agrees to pay the cost for repairing same, putting in proper condition and responsible for any fines, etc. associated with this facility abuse.
Rentee is responsible that no unlawful business or activity be carried out on premises or permit anything to be done contrary to the terms and conditions of this agreement. The Rentee will not sublet said premises, nor any part thereof, nor assign this lease or any interests therein to any person without the written consent of the Rentor.
NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES PERMITTED ON GROUNDS.
The Rentee will be responsible for their own equipment, including removal and storage within three (3) days of the event.
Failure to abide by the stipulations indicated above will terminate any future use of the Clinton County Fairgrounds by the above named Rentee.
It is further agreed that the terms and conditions of this agreement shall in no way be changed or altered except by written agreement signed by all parties.
